Programme of events at Easingwold Children’s Centre for Spring term
Children’s centres aim to give children the best possible start in life and enable parents to support their child and family.
Easingwold Children’s Centre is located in the grounds of Easingwold Community Primary School. The school is situated on the outskirts of Easingwold town centre on Thirsk Road.

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. They inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.Every week, they carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England, and publish the results on their website.

Family information Service North Yorkshire
The family information service provide free, impartial information, advice and guidance on a range of issues for families with children between the age of 0 – 19 including children with special education needs and disabilities. The range of issues that may interest families are: Childcare, three and four year old free entitlement (education for children), Children’s Centres, directory of services across North Yorkshire and National Organisations, benefits information including Working Tax Credit and Disability Living Allowance and much more.
