Our Malton Team Members

Lindsey Dring – Nursery Manager

Lindsey is a qualified and experienced primary teacher, specialising in early years. She has loved working with children from all walks of life. Children’s earliest experience of education and learning are key to their development and having struggled to find a local nursery that she trusted with her own child; Lindsey invests time and effort into creating an environment for children to flourish in. Lindsey is a creative soul at heart and when you don’t find her at the nursery, you’ll usually find her working on a messy project or with her head under a sewing machine. Lindsey also has a costume degree and after spending some time working on a few Disney films, she still cannot be away from her machine for too long! She is lucky enough to be blessed with a wonderful little boy that LOVES to read. She enjoys a Gruffalo hunt in the woods followed by hot chocolates and plenty of biscuits!

With years of experience working with babies, Rose is an experienced practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and understanding around babies developmental and welfare needs. She has two little girls of her own; both have attended Puddleducks with her and flown our nest to primary school now.
